Asked by David Luzzi. We recently started testing the new windows 10 V image and are running into a grey screen when launching desktops.

We are using the latest VDA available and latest citrix workspace available. Has anyone else worrkspace using Win10 V yet with citrix and had windowss issues?

Hi CitrixSuisse it is direct with receiver download windows citrix citrix workspace grey screen windows 10 service. I recently installed VDA version that was just recently released and I dont have the grey screen error anymore.

Continuing to test to see if something else comes up. We are seeing this behaviour on citrix workspace grey screen windows 10 Windows Server published desktops 7.

We updated the VDA to 7. The desktop viewer launches, you see the whole login process, you get to the desktop, then the Desktop Viewer screen will turn grey and the session will disappear.

It is still connected and showing as active in the Director but the user cannot see citrix workspace grey screen windows 10 session. I have a case open with Citrix support but none of the steps they have asked me to perform so far have fixed it!
